Your data and your voice

JOE ASSISTANT operates Kod Voice. Account details, business information and voice data are processed to create and run your AI receptionist. Voice training requires your own recording and your explicit consent.

Kod Voice does not persist the source recording. Depending on the selected engine, it is sent to MiniMax or Fish Audio to create your voice. With MiniMax, we request deletion of the source after processing. With Drama 3, Fish Audio stores a private voice reference until you delete the voice from your account. The trained voice and consent record are linked to your organization. Conversations also use speech recognition and language model providers to process the caller’s words and generate responses.

Session cookies keep you signed in. The demo saves business details as a browser session draft; it does not save passwords or voice recordings in browser storage. This site does not install a Meta advertising pixel.

Business profiles are also saved to your account so you can resume setup online. If you request a personalized follow-up, Kod Voice stores your request and prepares an onboarding email. The video uses Maxime’s AI avatar through HeyGen, with your business name and relevant business context; it does not clone your face. Emails are delivered through Resend. You can withdraw this request in the demo form or use the unsubscribe link included in the email.

Service and intellectual property

The Kod Voice interface and content are provided by JOE ASSISTANT. Trademarks and third-party content belong to their respective owners. Your receptionist introduces itself as an AI assistant. Appointment confirmations require a connected booking service; real phone calls require a connected telephone number.
