What do I need for the free demo?
A few details about your business, a free account, and a short recording of your own voice. Record in your browser or upload a WAV or MP3 file between 10 seconds and 5 minutes. No credit card needed.
Can it answer real phone calls?
Yes. After testing your demo in the browser, you can connect a business number through Twilio or Telnyx. Phone service and usage are separate from the free browser demo. We can help you work out the right setup.
Can it book appointments?
Your agent can collect appointment requests straight away. To check availability and confirm bookings, connect a supported calendar integration. Without a connected calendar, it takes the customer's details and lets them know your team will follow up.
Will callers know they’re speaking to AI?
Yes. Your receptionist introduces itself as an AI assistant. It uses your familiar voice while being clear about what it is and what it can help with.
What happens to my voice recording?
Your recording is sent to our voice service provider to create your AI voice. Kod Voice does not store the original audio sample. Your trained voice is linked to your account and available only to your business. You must use your own voice and give your consent before training.
